Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to subscriptions to ConvaiNet (the “Service”) purchased on convainet.com. The Service is operated by Numobel, a sole proprietorship of Tushar Agrawal, at B-62, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.
2. No refunds
Subscription fees are due at the point of subscription and are non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused time, and unused capacity. The only exceptions are where a refund is required by applicable law (for example, mandatory consumer-protection rights) or where we have expressly agreed to a refund in writing, and the specific cases in sections 6 and 7 below. This mirrors §5 of our Terms of Service.
3. Free trial — evaluate before you pay
A 7-day free trial is available so you can evaluate the Service before paying anything. No card is charged during the trial, and if you decide not to subscribe, nothing is billed. Because fees are non-refundable, we recommend you complete your evaluation during the trial.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app, or by emailing convainet.com@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not a refund of amounts already paid. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the subscription then lapses instead of renewing.
5. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, according to the plan you chose — until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
6. Duplicate, failed, or incorrect charges
If you are charged twice for the same period, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us and we will investigate. We acknowledge such reports within 3 business days and, where a refund is due, process a verified erroneous charge back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. After we process it, the time for the money to appear depends on your bank or card issuer's own timelines.
7. Discontinuation by us
If we terminate a paid subscription for convenience — that is, not because of your breach of the Terms — we refund the unused portion of the current prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.
8. Taxes
Listed prices are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout. Where a refund is made under this policy, any GST charged on the refunded amount is refunded with it, in line with applicable tax rules.
9. Payments
Card, UPI, and netbanking payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
